Latest Northern Arc Public Consultation To Be Held At The Martlets Hall
23rd November 2017
| By Peter Chapman
The public will have a chance to see the latest plans for the Northern Arc strategic planning development as two different applications in the area will be exhibited t the Martlets Hall on Friday 24th and Monday 27th of November.
The first of the two applications is for 460 proposed homes at Freaks Farm.
Many will be familiar with this application as the access road into the development was to go right through the children's playground on Maple Drive. The application was submitted to MSDC in September 2016 by Rydon Homes - the details still being ironed out.
The second piece of the Northern Arc coming forward at this time is for 200 homes, a community 'hub' and employment land to the south of the A2300 opposite St Pauls School and the sewage works. The applicant is Gleeson Strategic Land.
The public exhibition is taking place between 4:30pm - 7:30pm on Friday 24th November, and 2pm-7pm on Monday 27th November.
The following is the publicity information sent to us by SP Broadway:
