Burgess Hill Remembers The Fallen

There was one of the biggest turnouts in years for the annual Remembrance Sunday event with residents of Burgess Hill paying their respects to those who lost their lives during the war.



Various representatives and community groups took part in the Remembrance Parade which left Cyprus Road car park at 10:35am before marching down Church Road and Church Walk, ending at the War Memorial for the service.

On the actual remembrance day,
servicemen, councillors and school children marched the short distance from the town council Help Point to the War Memorial for a service, which included the lovely recognition of all the animals who perished:








Spread the word, Burgess Hill residents turned out in huge numbers for this years Remembrance events.
