Business Applies To Move Into Empty Burgess Applicances Premises

23rd March 2018
By Peter Chapman

The vacated premises on London Road previously occupied by Burgess Appliances could soon be filled if a change of use application is successful.

Everycare Mid Sussex are currently located on the Victoria Industrial Estate and are looking to increase their visibility in the town in order to attract more potential clients to discuss their care needs.

Their current location at Kings House, 68 Victoria Road received planning permission late last year to be turned into a mixture of flats and houses, so a move is a likely to be a necessity regardless of their aims.

Everycare Mid Sussex was established in Burgess Hill in 2013 and offers a range of health, social care and nursing services for individuals requiring personal home care.

191-193 London Road currently has a usage permission for A1 (Shops and retail services) . Everycare are looking for it to be changed to A2 (Professional Services)

For more information, look up planning application number DM/18/0952 on the MSDC Planning Portal
