The Burgess Hill Summer Festival 2004

The festival was carrying an Oriental theme this year.
A Chinese circus had been booked to appear in the procession and to later perform at St Johns Park.
There were high expectations from this bunch, but did they deliver the goods?

Here is a truely beautiful Chinese dog wearing yellow shoes!

This Chinese warrior was waiting to strike down any youths of Burgess Hill who stepped out of line.
This Chinese clown was a total idiot. He picked this girl out of the crowd to toss a giant tennis ball 15 metres high up in the air. Clown!

We were treated to some fancy martial arts moves by a Bruce Lee fan.   However, he was upstaged by a man welding a rather large sword!

This fella was proudly waving the flag of a fearsome dragon.   Next thing you know, the fearsome dragon appears!
An excellent way to finish the performance.
