Lesley has lived in Burgess Hill for many years and is currently a governor at London Meed County Primary School.

A qualified solicitor and part qualified certified accountant, Lesley has served as Senior Crown Prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service and an advisory lawyer at the former Department of Trade and Industry. She was also an advisory lawyer for the Pensions Regulator.

Lesley will bring greater accountability and openness to the work of the town council so that residents have more confidence in its proceedings.
